Pomegranate kahlua brownies

  • 1½ Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ⅓ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely Ground Coffee
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Pom 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ Cup Kahlua
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips or Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Pomegranate Arils


  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips and pomegranate arils.
  3. Pour into a glass 9×11 inch baking dish.
  4. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick pressed into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
